We keep collection to what we need to run the business:

• Information you send us. Your name, email address, company and anything else you include when you contact us about working together.
• Basic usage data. Standard technical information your browser sends when you load this site, such as approximate location, device type and referring page.
• Client campaign data. Where we run advertising on a client’s behalf, we process campaign and conversion data under that client’s instructions.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, to deliver and improve our services, to keep the site secure and working, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising and analytics

Our business is media buying, so we work with advertising platforms including Meta on behalf of clients. Where those platforms process personal information for a client campaign, we act on that client’s instructions and the client’s own privacy notice governs the relationship with the individual concerned. This site itself does not run advertising trackers.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example hosting, email and accounting — and only as far as they need it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as there is a live business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one, and records we are legally required to retain for the period the law specifies.
